Week 3

I agree and disagree that empiricism claim that all of our knowledge is based on the use of our senses.  While some things can require actual evidence, other things can be demonstrated via reason. For example, you would know not to touch a fire because you will get burn or not to stick yourself with a knife because you will get cut. We need both senses and experience in order to gain knowledge.

What kind of thing can be demonstrated via reason? It would help to give an example here!
